Hi doctor, i have nose similar to her, thick and droopy alla and the round inside tip, lumpsum mine also looks like her but her nose bridge is in good shape , mine is broad, should i opt for surgery , i had decided to done osteotomy for reducing nasal bridge broadness, pls share surgeries are safe pr not , i don't want it to just improve i wanna make it better, my other features are good enough but the nose spoils everything , Pls share how much the surgery is risky ?
